Card.com Meta bank card.com premiu

I had received a large amount of money in my account 5000 they allowed a generic account to pull off 400 $ off my account

It went into dispute 3 times to find out it would take 60 to 6 months to investigate when I got a round to check back they said they were going to escalate it at that time the decide to cut card off long story short they owe me money I have proof they change NY banks taken t to cover it but I had already printed the one in question I've been emailing disputes but no answer back

Card.com Card account closed and they refuse to send me a check for my remaining balance of $5,402.46

They closed my account months ago ive lost my home my car my daughter there is no reason they shouldnt send me my remaining balance of $5406.46
