BMI Lack of customer service after cancelling flights

Well we booked flights directly with BMI from Edinburgh to Orlando through Manchester, BMI to Manchester and then Virgin for the ameican flights. BMI cancelled both flights and while they contacted us about the flight change on the way there, they did about the flight back. We found out from Virgin when checking our luggage in to fly home that our Manchester Flight up to edinburgh did not exist. Not only had BMI not told us they had not moved us onto another flight. Having written and complained to them they have advised they are too busy to investigate what happened! Outrageous level of service all round and WILL NEVER FLY WITH THEM AGAIN!

BMI Refund

I booked flight on line with British Midland International from Birmingham to Frankfurt for 24th May for two passengers and was charged a total amount of GBP 453.28

Due to uncertainty of flight caused by volcanic ash I cancelled the flights online on 17th May and was advised that refund would be made to my credit card within 7 days.

Out of the total amount of GBP 453.28 only GBP 48.00 has been refunded to my card and my email complaint has not been attended to.
