BEWARE OF BIKEPARTSUSA! No merchandise ever received. Bikepartusa.com is a scam. They have no legitimate or active LLC in the State of Florida. I placed a $200+ order with them, they charged my credit card imemdiately and I have received nothing. They will not return phone calls. I have filed a complaint/ claim with my credit card company, I have reported them to the BBB and I have notified the local authorities. The scam is run by Morgan Steel and Amy Veiga Steel from Boca Raton, FL.
They will take your money.

Look under Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations at the companies Street Bike Store, LLC and A Bicycle, Inc. These listed companies, also in Administrative Dissolution, have the same principal address as listed on the bikepartsusa.com website. The BikePartsUSA, Inc. with the Gregoires as the owners, has a different principal address. You can also search via Division of Corporations> Corporate/ Trademark, LLC/ LLP> Inquire by Officer/Registered Agent Name using the last name first followed by the first name (no commas).
Items Not Delivered
Customer service is the worst - if they pick up the phone. I ordered a bike saddle waited a week - no delivery - no shipment tracking # for that matter. Emailed their customer service -waited a day - no response. Wrote again and called finally getting someone on the line. Said he would look into it. Again several days - nada. Called AGAIN asked for my money back - said "no problem" you should see the credit "on Tuesday" - no dice. Just called again - guess what... I advise you to look elsewhere.

i ordered these tires on the 16th of July. a week went by and i never received tracking info. i contacted them and they havent been shipped yet but that they would be shipping out the next day. i still never received a tracking number. i contacted them again on the 28th of july and they still hadnt shipped. i received no explanation as to why, nor any apology. i was told they would be shipped out. i still never received any tracking info. i heard nothing from them. i contacted them again and had to ask again why it hasnt gone out. i get an email from some tech who tells me he spoke to the manager again and it would go out friday. today is wednesday, why am i waiting? why wasnt this sent out the first two times? why am i still waiting till friday? well, friday came and went and no tracking info. I am currently disputing the charge with Paypal.
I purchased a Morgan Tricycle for my one year old girl. Black with flames. She likes it. Being a custom car builder, I always want spare parts. I ordered 2 additional headlights as spares.
Original one quit after a few months. Both the second and third never worked. $50. I called, emailed, and called. NO response for a month. When they did answer, my answer was I was too Stupid to install it.
Do NOT buy anything from Morgan Cycle. They're terrible at service, or warranty
BUYER BEWARE...Ordered a Bike Basket from them through PayPal. PayPal transferred funds to them - however I received no formal receipt of funds nor did I receive a shipping tracking number. It's been over two weeks and no response from the company. Based on reviews I've seen on complaint board...this company is simply a scam! Steer clear of the vendor - they're either incompetent or outright crooks.
I agree. BIKEPARTSUSA is a scam.
When I ordered some bike parts, their website friezed.
So I shut down browser window, but they charged my credit card.
The next day I made phone call, a guy answered my phone call said every thing is fine, and item was shipped.
After two weeks, I have not received merchandise.
Now their they do not even pick up phone!

This must be an Alias as their are no records for a Morgan Steel in Broward County. They don't return calls or contact with status of order. The company, which is under admistrative dissolution, is registered under a Mark Gregoire and Nancy Gregoire.

They promised they would deliver within 6 days of order and still no order received. I have called several times and no return calls either. Morgan Steel which is the guy behind this is probably some sort of alias. Their are no public records of a Morgan Steel in Broward County. Division of Corporations in Florida has a Mark Gregoire and Nancy Gregoire listed as agents. Note the company has admistrative dissolution.
IMPORTANT UPDATE! Bikeparts USA reached out to me directly and made me a VERY happy customer. I find that their online ordering system may be a bit archaic...but once I reached out via email and disputing my PayPal payment, the company did everything they could to get the product to me. The product I received is EXCELLENT quality and I enjoy using it on my bike rides. I would recommend paying close attention to the time that it takes to receive any shipping confirmation, be sure to reach out directly through email...they will respond.
