On November 10th 2023 at 10 pm I made a deposit of $96 and got a $96 bonus because of the deposit I lost on the cash money the 1st 96 dollars. And with the bonus I played it through the playthrough of 30 times the 96 bucks and got my amount to 3,330 dollars by November 11th 1am I tried to cash out 999 dollars in bitcoin and all the sudden I received a notification on my account that I had 1,577 dollars in bonus play deposited and that needed to be played through 30 times which is around 30,000 dollars in play through I don’t know why the amount chosen to play through was so high and shown as a deposit I never made. The way I see it I’m owed at least the 999 dollars I tried to cash out prior to the manipulation of my account by the agent whose name was nick was done

Desired outcome: At least the 999 in bitcoin I tried to withdrawal
Will not allow a withdrawal
I sent BetUs $1000 almost 2 decades ago. That's right almost 20 years ago.
I have tried many times to recover even a fraction of my money by meeting every single requirment they requested before they will consider a withdrawl. But every time they introduce a new rule and additional requirements. There's a reason they don't publish their address. The owners live in Florida. They are a small group of individuals with zero morality.
Desired outcome: Sue them on behalf of hundreds of folks who have been scammed. Or do you want me to sue them? The owners are based in Florida.

I made a deposit with my Debit card. They customer service rep asked for a pic of my photo ID and Debit card, front and back. So I sent it and my deposit was made fast. I was able to bet 1 minute later. The very next day I get a fraudulent charge on my debit card, "FLWROOFINGANDMETAL LEKKI ME", for $262. I am 100% positive that it's BetUS because I rarely use my debit card. I use my credit card almost all of the time so that I can get the 3% cash back points. I will not bet on that site again.
Crypto payout not complete due to incorrect fee
Came up with one excuse after another day after day for why I couldn’t withdraw my money until I gave it all back. During one of my last conversations, I was literally told the person responsible for reviewing my pay out had deceased. Those are the lengths these people will go to.
They owed me about 95k. I received $0 of that.
