Bella Braided Wigs Wig

I've ordered twice from them the past couple of years and was satisfied, however I ordered a wig in Aug 2021 and have yet to receive my order. Emailed them several times and the last email in Nov I was told wig was in finishing stages and would receive tracking number. Its Jan 2022 and no tracking info. I emailed them twice after the Nov email and no response. You try to support your own people but damn its sad because you get burned.

Bella Braided Wigs Lace wig order

I ordered a lace wig December20, 2020 and received confirmation right away. I emailed them at least 10 times over the last year either for a refund or my wig. All the were doing was sending me this generic covid message saying to be patient because it was hard to get the product needed to make the wig. July 6th 2021 is when they sent me the message saying they didn't have the product to make the wig. On September 1st they sent me a 30
00 gift card for another order and I sent them the information on the replacement wig for my order. Since then I have not heard from them. They ignored all of my correspondence I have asked for a full refund or my replacement order. They do not have a contact phone number only an email. The address is a po box in Boston, Massachusetts. I am hoping someone can assist me in getting this matter settled.

Bella Braided Wigs Braided unit

This company is not a reputable company. They are thieves. My best friend referred me to this company and she ordered back in April. I also ordered two units in May and we are in September with no wigs and no money. 5 good months wasted. No updates was sent about my order and I contacted their customer service all the time. first an automated email comes in giving you excuses with terrible lies blaming it on full lace and covid and weeks later a rude person will respond telling you your wig is at the completion stage. They kept saying that to me 3 months in a row. I found out they have had several negative reviews on Better bureau business BBB scamming people of their hard earned money so I called my bank immediately to report about this company to get my money back from them. My best friend also called her bank for a refund. Do not buy from them

I placed order on march 26 2020, for $467.00. . 7 weeks later I had not received items, on may 12th I requested a full refund and have not received it despite requesting it multiple times. Every time I request a refund I get the same response " we are looking into it".
