DEFECTIVE DVD
Hi,
I ordered the DVD called 'YES, VIRGINIA THERE IS A SANTA CLAUS' from this so-called DVD 'company'. I really bought it so some of my grandchildren could watch it & I wanted to see it, too. I could not BELIEVE the poor quality of this DVD-you can barely make it out. Is this a company operating out of someone's basement? I realize that this movie was taken from a TV movie, but there is absolutely no reason to send a person...a person PAYING for this DVD...something that horrible. You have to actually look very closely & listen closely (the audio is just as bad) to follow the story. This DVD was absolute garbage-those people should be ashamed of themselves for ripping people off. They are sending out absolute trash. At the time I TRIED to watch this DVD, I sent an e-mail letting them know how horrible it was-I never received an answer. I sent a nice e-mail, thinking someone would atleast get back to me, but no one did. I gave up & now I do not even remember the website-I looked & can no longer find it. All I now have is the company name, from Carlsbad, CA, which is on my credit card bill. It's a shame to have to pay for something like that.
I ordered my DVD in early October (2010) and was excited about being able to actually find it for sale somewhere. I just thank God I did not buy any additional DVDs from them. I have seen some other complaints on the Internet about this 'company'-I just wish I would have seen them sooner! Thanks for listening...I just hope more people see the complaints before they order from them.

Sent Cinderella Movie Instead of Rare Classic
I ordered two (2) copies from internet "The Video Store" of 1964 Classic "Where Love has Gone, " had one sent to me in Chicago and another to my sister (who loves this classic) to Peoria as a surprise gift. The movies arrived in their correct DVD casing, but the contents were Cinderella Roger's and Hammerstein. This is totally unacceptable to me and the humiliation really angers me. I replied to the confirmation email they sent me requesting corrected DVD version or a refund but I still have had no response.
