On Wednesday July 13th myself and 4 children stopped at the Allsup's store in Claude, Texas to use the facilities and get snacks for a road trip. As I started to enter the door I was informed that the store was not open for business yet but we could use the restrooms which we were thankful for! But as I stood there waiting on the children to finish I witnessed a middle aged blonde female (whom I believe is upper management) belittle and disrespect an employee with the name (Lauren) on her work shirt in front of other employees and anyone else in the store at the time. I have always believed that you get what you give and if your upper management is allowed to treat employees in this manner I wouldn't think you would be able to keep good help.
I was disgusted by the way she was treating this person and trying to make it seem like she was doing her a favor, all while using a sarcastic tone and calling her ma'am.
