Allsup's review: Management

As manager and training I seen things that I was not comfortable with and things that we were told that's not right that is a big don't do I seen my manager carry out boxes and boxes of food and out of date items that she said was out of date big black bags trash bags and put them in her trunk you're not supposed to do that then I also seen per say that our local bank did not have enough money cover for the weekend so she got half of it with our bank that we locally take our money to and then the other half she had to go to her town where she lives and took money with Drew money from her personal bank account to cover the remaining that we needed for the weekend come that following Monday I seen her take $600 once $800 a second another time out of our deposit out of our safe to put back into her her account to cover for what she covered so I reported things like this I went up to the chain you know the proper chain of command nothing got done nothing got done she was you know she took money from one employee until I reported that she you know always talking you know behind her backs calling people names you know just talking down you know and she's rude to everybody she doesn't know what she's doing the store always looks constantly like crap and when I report this I get pulled into the office by HR and two you know and regional manager and she they tell me I need to quit making my false allegations or else there's the door I need to be a team player or else there's a door if she tells me jump up and down on one foot I damn well better jump up and down on one foot and after that she retaliated against me in several ways changed my hours gave me less hours per week gave me quit training me cuz I was manager and training she quit training me she excluded me from meetings she just and was just rudest everything and then it was giving me unrealistic task list to do. In this list of stuff that I was supposed to do every you know that shift she would always make sure I was by myself never was anybody there I was the only employee and we have a pretty big store there's usually three to four people on the early shifts until I get there then everybody goes home she has even gone as far as making me unload or Friday truck cook breakfast run register and do paperwork all by myself or Friday truck is 9 pallets or more every Friday and then I have to put it up I don't mind working and I will work hard I put in almost 6 years there and no one I can't get anyone to respond well she has gone as far as they fired me just a few days ago for job abandonment well I was cleaning the parking lot for her with the pressure washer I got hurt and after 10:00 p.m. we are not allowed to run the pressure washer cuz it's so loud well she had me scheduled until 1:00 a.m. we are normally our hours or like 4 to 12:00 when the 12:00 p.m. or the 12th midnight person came in I went home by 12:40 because there was nothing else I could do baton I was hurting but I returned to work the next day and did two more days before they decided fire me for job abandonment how is that job abandonment I could go on and on and on on things that she's done but I don't know she's just and I cannot get any response from corporate I've gone as high up as Doug and no one will respond to me
