Retreat on Rosslyn – trash not pick up

I am a tenant at the Retreat on Rosslyn. 5801 N. Houston Rosslyn Rd. I have lived here over a year and this is not the first time this has happened, it's just the first actual complaint I'm filing. The trash in my apartments have not been removed 6 days and counting. This is extremely UNSANITARY and EMBARRASSING to any of my family and friends that wants to visit me. I went to office management and was told that trash pick up is on Tuesdays and Fridays. Office management told me WM did not come at their scheduled time on Friday. I contacted the local WM company and was told VERY RUDELY they could not help me and I could not file a complaint. >[protected] Afton St. Houston, Tx. 77055, which is approximately 3.2 miles away.
