Just an update: The company name Ence is using now is:
491 BLUFF STREET #302 ST. GEORGE UT 84770
His minions are using landlines to call you back .
Turns out he's using LLC, with Lord knows how many pseudo company names to make sure he's not responsible for company finances.
Him and his buddy in this scam are both body builders: you can look them up on Facebook and other social websites.

Yes, they almost got me but I backed out as they were about to charge me. That was May 16th. I told them I did not want their services. I even called them back to make sure they understood. Then June 1st comes and I find they charged my card anyway. They send me to billing where I waited an hour, now they won't answer my phone calls, ###! Course if my card had given me a new number when I asked I wouldn't be going through this stupid dispute crap in the first place. Anyone who uses Discover, cancel your account and go with another credit company!

Resultzzs took my $3, 000.00 too. Our agreement stated that I would recoup my investment is six months or they would work with until that happened. there was nothing in the agreement about hosting fees. They tried to charge me a monthly hosting fee and I refuse. They have now shut my site down so there is no chance of recouping my Investment.

DO NOT do business with Resultzzs.

I understand where you are coming from but in some ways I can see why the FTC are becoming involved. I joined up with a IM promoter selling "a course", the next thing you know some sales heavyweights from a different company phoned me and said they were the guys responsible for training up this company ( RJ ). They stealthily tried to fish for financial information so they could determine what I could afford and then I was handed over to a mega con artist. This person deliberately lied to me when I asked what it costs to run such a business. He said-"Only the hosting fees and the domain name, " They sucked 2k out of me and their trainer did not even know how to work html! They had the refund policy stitched up legally to be near impossible to implement. Now I have to shut up shop because I have no money left for advertising. If I had the conversation recorded for proof, I would be suing this company for deceptive marketing practices. They told me how I would be successful but deliberately left out critical details. This is why the FTC is getting involved. Don't get me wrong, I told Charlie Page on one of his blogs that only Perry Marshall and Charlie Page have I found to be honest in this business. What are people selling? -Concepts on how to sell others concepts- ad infinitude.
We are taught to blow things out of proportion and sell a big fantastic illusion. As in everything there are the good guys and the bad guys- including the FTC.

I totally agree that to rip off Resultzzs, you'll be saved. I almost get stuck by a couple thousand dollar, (they try to get your pocket as most as possible) but I feel very lucky that i check it online and find out many people get scammed by this company. Although i had signed up the contract, I immediately transferred all my money into my bank account from credit card, and renewed a new credit card. I finally got saved, but their employee(maybe consultant) tried to call me and asked me to pay for them, and I refused, blah blah blah...he finally scared me that i 'm in the bad situation...I had required him to cancel my contract cuz I have no money now, he said that it's not his "job" and their staff from "legal department" will call me back. Until today, no one call me back to resolve it! ( Inside the contract, there are 3 days to void up the contract, but they purposely don't call me back and resolve this deal) What are they thinking ...?

I have worked with Resultzz for a couple of months now as they are helping me with my online business. And I have seen nothing but success I love working with them my mentors are the best I have ever worked with. I have been scammed by telemarketing firms before but a good friend of mine pointed me in the right direction and I never looked back. I have gone through the process and have made money maybe you just didn't give them a chance. Or were not motivated enough to make it happen. Thanks again Complaints Board for being around but this one happens to be wrong.
