Renault Zambezi review: Renault kadjar clutch

I replaced my clutch with Renault Zambezi in May 2023 and was informed that I have one year warranty. I paid R43 500.00 for everything.

On the 22 December 2023, whilst travelling to Limpopo my car stated to smoke and it was towed to Renault Polokwane, and it was confirmed that my clutch is warned out. I then informed them about the warranty, and they engaged Zambezi branch. The Branch Manager in Zambezi, Mr Patrick told me that due to the report received from Polokwane the warranty can't cover the replacement o clutch as it is due to "Driver's behaviour".

Polokwane quoted me R39 000 for everything.

I have been driving for over 15 years and never damage clutch.

I humbly request you kindly investigate this matter and reimburse me for the loss incurred.
