Where do i start! Going on my 2nd year living here. Apartments are decent. The place has filled up with Section 8. I have nothing against section 8. But since i pay my rent in full, i do deserve to know the truth at the time of renting if the management rented to section8. I was told that no section 8 lived here, ###.. This place is crawling with section 8. Summers are a Living Hell out here. Mostly teenager kids all in big groups, run in and out breezeways, Last summer kept my bike near my garage for a couple of mins came out, and lord behold it was gone. Management did nothing about it. My car was dented at least 10 times with these kids hanging around it. Its sad to say that i have to be here because of my job. No way am i going to renew my least .

Section 8 is subsidized housing by your friendly Government.
you guys are way off! renaissance is a wonderful play, me and my other 3 families live here in different areas and security is always chasing kids away from terrace and manor, and everytime the kids group up at glen the security makes them go away, the problem is that security is only there in late afternoon, if we had security start at 3pm till late night then that would be better, but typical cheap management probably has them here for late afternoons!
HAVE YOU BEEN LIVING HERE RECENTLY... There is no security around. About 20 kids are playing on the street football and soccer hitting
people's cars. THIS PLACE HAS BECOME A GHETTO. Its changed. It no more the luxury apartments that Renaissance Glen claims to be.
I pay $ 1850 for a three bedroom apartment, while a ghetto is living next to me with 3 kids paying $300 and has the same apartment.
Thanks to our Government. These people produce away kids and our taxes money pays for them and their kids. Cannot wait to be done with my lease.
