Reliablecom review: Reliablecom prepaid calling card is not reliable! 11

I took Reliablecom prepaid calling card to call to India from US. But whenever you dial any india number, message comes that this number cannot be accessed through their service. Also without connecting you to any number,your available minutes keep on decreasing.

I tried calling the customer care number(mentioned on the website) but nobody picks up.

Please do not trust Reliablecom Prepaid calling card.

I trapped into .. I recharged for 1.9 cent card and never able to call. It sucks.. I am trying to find how to get back the money from them .

Yo ###s, you've bought the landline card and you're probably trying to call cellular phones. It doesn't work that way.

Moreover, there's a different Reliable 1.9c card to call to India. ###s.

Hi I am writing this review because I am so pissed about their service. I purchased 4 pins from them. First two went smoothly. Right now I am using the third one. they added new charges for my account. according to that they are charging 25cents every 3 days which is equivalent to 25 mins. I think this is not fair enough on their part as they are implying the new rules to the old account. second thing is I don't know about this so I called to customer department on 8/6/09 to know what happens to my mins (I observed that I lost my mins)they said it is a technical problem you will get it within 24 hours. Again I called them on 8/10/09 and I got the same answer. Again I called on 8/13/09 as this time I lost more than 50 min. I got the answer that there is a new charge applied to your account and as per that your account will be charged 25cents every 3 days.
Even the call quality is very bad. There is voice lag.
I want to write more about this f..k service but I don't want.
I suggest please don't go to this one.

I am very frustrated with's service. They are not at all fair in their business. They steal most of the minutes from the card. Even if we do not talk they bill the minutes and reduce atleast 12-22 min per call. When I initially started using, first 2-3 cards were good and fair in charging minutes. After tht they started to show their unethical business standards. When they introduced 1cent/min card, they are ridiculously stealing all the minutes. For a $10 card (1000 min), I was given only 480min. Bloody stealers and bad business practitioners. DO NOT BUY FROM RELIABLECOM.COM. Other calling cards are atleast genuine these ###ers are stealers.

It happened with me too Satyagiri. I purchased pennywise India calling card for $15. and i was to get 1500 min but i actually got less than 500 min. Initially they said they will add minutes at the end. But now i have been calling them for 4 weeks and have received nothing back. everytime they give same standard reply "We will get back to you in 2-3 days". I don't know why these people are cheating like that.

I am also frustrated with's calling card service, its very very very bad customer support, i never seen these kind of service in my life, i don't want others to face the same problems.

They don't have proper mins calculation. if you talk 20 mins they charge for 30 mins. even if you call the customer care to discus it, they never listen what ur saying, and they just disconnect the call in between.

We have been Getting several Telemarketing Calls from Connect2world from India, they keep calling and calling day and night.

Finally, we signed up for $20 with my Visa card. They Promised that they will activate my service within 10 mins of time. It has been more than 25 Days, my service is not activated.

Moreover, today when i received my card statement, I was a bit shocked to see a $200 Charge by connect2world.

Now, when I called the customer care number: [protected], no one picked the call. I was more Surprised when a Person by the name of Maksud Received the Call and said that the order was placed for $200 by me. When I said no, he started Arguing with me and later he started abusing me in very bad words.

Finally, he said that he will block my service and make sure that I do not get my Money Back.

For my uttermost Surprise, I also had a talk with the Call Center owner and he was just laughing his hearts out.

I just want to aware all the Indians in USA and Canada, that please do not entertain any telemarketing calls from connect2world as this is my experience with them.

I have nothing more to say apart from making a complain to BBB and lets see what else I can do to them.

I did refer my friends to Maksud, I also need to check what He has done to my Friends.

Connect2world is a Fraud Company, so please beware of Scams.

Agree, the customer service is very bad, no response for emailed complaints either.

not sure they are even planning to quit from providing this service after grabbing all customers hard working money. they never pick up our calls, or after dialling the number it will say no credits available or number is not accessible even though we have dialled valid number...they will change all their policies without informing their pissed off with this trust them..never purchase from them..better to go with other services even if they charge few cents extra but you can trust them and your money is safe...never ever trust they are fraud...they are looking to grab money easily without providing any service...friends, please be careful...

This service is just HORRIBLE! Every time it says the same message 'This number is not currently available' and if by chance you get the call through, the voice quality is so POOR, you can barely hear anything and the call keep getting disconnected. And by the end of the call, you will find that you have your 100 minutes deducted for just 5 mins that you could barely hear. If you try calling the customer service, they have this thing set-up that 'All our representatives are currently busy, they will be with you shortly' and noone takes the call even if you keep waiting forever. This company is FAKE, and is just NOT reliable at all. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
