We have done business with Register.com for a very long time (probably 10-15 years or more). Our account is set up on auto renewal. Services were renewed on 8/24/2022 and our site has not worked since then. I have been calling, chatting, emailing since 8/29/2022 and yet you still cannot access my site and no one will help me. They just pass me off to different departments that pass me to other departments. No one replies to my emails and when I call they have placed me on hold for up to 2 hours and then a recording comes on that they are closed, they have passed me around to so many people then tell me someone will call me back and no one does. They tell me it is working on their end (back end) so give it time. It has been since 8/24/2022, how much more time do I need to give them? They have put me on hold and then recordings will come on to rate the service as if they ended the call and it was resolved then the call just drops. Monday, 9/12/22, I spent (5) straight hours on (2) phone lines with them to have nothing resolved. Kept getting passed around and ending up in the "Paid Support" section, surprise surprise...for them to tell me that they cannot help me b/c I don't have a paid support. I have purchased additional items since 8/24/2022 and nothing works. On 9/13/2022 I chatted with them and they said they had to escalate to Admin that there was nothing they could do. Received an email on 9/14/2022 with a ticket number. Gave them all that they requested on (3) different emails. Even explained didn't know how to pull some of the information with no reply. On 9/15/2022 sent an email asking are they going to reply to the emails on 9/14/2022 and received an auto reply that the ticket was closed with nothing done. They claim the issue is with my computer, internet or something, yet I cannot access my website on my desktop and (2) laptops in my building. I'm in Virginia and my co-workers are in Minnesota and (2) people tried accessing my site and could not. So the problem IS NOT on MY END. I just spent 50 minutes on the phone with someone who claimed I did not provide my IP address and something else that I told him step me through it and I will provide whatever you need. He started and then I told him we were going to find it is not on my end and he stopped talking I kept asking if he was there he said yes please hold and then the recording came on for a survey like the call was over then it was over. I have wasted hours and hours of MY TIME with no outcome. Bottom line, you cannot google my site, you cannot google my company name, enter www.RentLeaseOrBuyIt.com and have my site come up on any computer in Virginia nor in Minnesota so IT IS NOT MY ISSUE. It is something on their end that they need to fix. AS I TYPE THIS I HAVE BEEN ON HOLD WAITING FOR A HUMAN TO COME TO THE PHONE FOR 13 MINUTES WITH NO HUMAN JUST THEIR SONGS. They have their money so now it is the Consumers fault why their product is not working. All they care about is the money not the Consumers.

Desired outcome: Take better care of their customers. Either have my site working OR give me a refund from 8/24/22 and give me ALL of my Domains and I will find a company that does want loyal customers and care about their customers.
