Website does not work after they collected money and renewed service
We have done business with Register.com for a very long time (probably 10-15 years or more). Our account is set up on auto renewal. Services were renewed on 8/24/2022 and our site has not worked since then. I have been calling, chatting, emailing since 8/29/2022 and yet you still cannot access my site and no one will help me. They just pass me off to...
Mail servers
Do not use register.com. Their mail servers and hosting platforms fail to often to depend on them. Tyheir customer service rarely has answers for multiple problems they create. The problems exists way too often for anyone to rely on them for business or personal use.
If you can change your service and you will probably have mail and hosting to run your business properly
Desired outcome: Fix your servers so they work properly
I regret the day I signed up for this email. Constantly slow performance and very poor customer service. They run extremely slow servers. I was on with customer service 2-23-21 to correct a problem of email not working. Rep and I on the phone waiting 5 minutes, 5 minutes, can't say that enough. Email site would not even generate for them. Had to hang up in frustration. Reps polite, but they work for a horrible company.
