My wife and I owned a home in Las Vegas, NV. We found ourselves in an upside down mortgage loan and a huge monthly payment. Like so many others we were approached by a man named CLAYTON D. SAMPSON, who sold for the RAINEY LEGAL GROUP and US HOUSING ASSIST. We see now that Clayton was a lying salesman.
Clayton gave us a guarantee of money back, if they couldn't bring our mortgage payment down at least 20%, after his fee of $2575.00. They took the money and ran. US HOUSING ASSIST and RAINEY LEGAL GROUP did exactly what I could have done. They just existed, wouldn't return our phone calls, answer our questions or deal with our bank, which was still calling us daily. Eventually they just disappeared. After call after call, we were told by the secretary that they did all they could, which was around $200.00 a month off of our $3700.00 a month mortgage payment. That $200.00 would be added to the back of the loan. I could have done that with a phone call to my bank. They FAILED!
Clayton's original story changed, of course. He was paid. US Housing Assist was paid, as well as RAINY LEGAL GROUP...and we were screwed!
We lost our $2575.00 and our home.
A classic predator that the news was trying to warn us about when everyone was trying to refinance their bad loans. We were desperate and hopeful. The perfect victims.

WO this Clayton Sampson is worse than I thought. If we all know it, my fear is that he will continue his evil ways under a new name, obviously he doesn't know how to make and honest dollar. So let's expose the family. His wifes maiden name is Elisha Mel Bonds, after her first marriage is was Elisha (better known as Lisa Dockery). Also partners in crime are her parents, Cathy and Milton Bonds, her sister, Erica Farmer. Any of these people are associated with Clayton Sampson and should not be trusted. Times are too hard and good people must help each other not to be victims.

Clayton Sampson used to run a scam loan seminar in Rancho Cucamonga, California where he'd encourage attendees to borrow against their equity and buy more houses. He said people who paid off their mortgages were stupid and it is best to never pay them off and just keep borrowing and buying more and borrowing, etc. All of those people are homeless now I am sure. Now he has flown the coop and set up shop in Nevada to work the other side of the table for people who got ripped off by guys just like him! What a scammer.

Our firm doesn't offer loan modification services.
While we offered these services for a brief five week period in early 2009, hiring U.S. Housing Assist to provide certain related admin services, we quickly discontinued offering such services after realizing that the business model was unsound. Moreover, we never hired U.S. Housing Assist to provide any sort of marketing services to prospective clients. U.S. Housing Assist was merely to provide administrative support during the loan modification process.
Your allegations leave me truly concerned, since our records do not indicate that we ever entered into any engagement with anyone named "Matt Ryan", nor did we ever receive any money from anyone by that name.
Moreover, I have no record of anyone by the name of Matt Ryan ever logging any complaint with our firm or discussing this matter with anyone at our firm.
