I am a Festival organiser and have been using the First Aid Event services provided by Red Medical [aka Red Unlimited Pty Ltd], for several times over past years in Melbourne. This year I wanted to use their First Aid service for my festival in Sydney. I booked them and I paid in advance as I usually do.
On the day of the Festival they didn’t show up. I called them several times during the event and they assured me they will call me back but they never did. The week after the event I called them again twice and send them 2 emails requesting full refund for the payment but they are not returning my calls nor responding to my emails. I will have to take this matter to the authorities and pursue this complaint further up and obtain my refund.
I will never use their services again.
