We engaged this Website designer Reconshield.Com Network to do our company website. In the begining he will agreed on all our request by saying no problem all can be done. What he is doing is not what we want and claim that website already complete 70~80% but in fact work done is not according to what agreed earlier. We give him time to do but this guy keep on saying a lot of excuse such as let me complete on hand project first and when we follow up with him again then he gaive another excuse say not feeling well. Finally we cannot take it anymore and request him to refund all our deposit and he agreed on his email dated 6th Jan 2011 saying will pay within 2 weeks. It is fair for us request for the refund since he unable to complete the website according to our request. Until today still giving us a lot of excuse saying no money, wait for his customer pay first then he will pay but just another lies from him. I writing here to warn you guy do not trust this Reconshield.Com Network. He is a guy always break his promise.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
THIS COMPANY CHEAT WEB DESIGN COMPANY BY NOT PAYING THEM.RECONSHIELD HAVE SUSPEND AND DISCONTINUE DUE TO NON PAYMENT. please check http://celtite.com/banpage.html for ban page..which posted when this company cheat not paying them.after that, they make few payment then request more work (data entry) which not included with order. if ban page is removed from this website..please check attachedment

Web designers : DO NOT GET ORDERS FROM THIS COMPANY.WE HEARD THEIR PREVIOUS WEB DESIGNER NOT COMPLETE THEIR WEBSITE.DOMAIN WAS REGISTERED FEW YEARS BACK AND THEY STILL FINDING VICTIMS!
