The site is a scam! They provide fake signups! They claim to offer targeted US signups that are interested in your niche, but they send fake people who have no interest in your site and who ask generic and repeated questions like they choose the questions from a list. I suggest that you avoid them at all costs!
I ordered leads from this side for my multilevel marketing program.To be precise, I ordered "25 Guaranteed USA Signups" for $29.00 at the beginning in April 2016.
On the 24 of April I received 5 "leads" of which all emails were not reachable. I sent an email to the company informing them about this, with no response. Despite numerous reminders no response or the balance of the outstanding leads were forthcoming.
My advice is stay as far as possible from http://realtimesignups.com/guaranteed-usa-signups they are fake.
