I played at their casino Real Vegas Online and won $2400.00. Five weeks has passed and after many phone calls and E-mails I am constantly told that their accounting department is very busy. I checked a casino rating agency online
( Casinomeister ) and found out that they have a reputation for taking peoples money and not paying when they win.

I also am one of those people who didn't know to much about online gambling and luckily didn't invest to much money with them. But I did win $2400.00 which they acknowledged and for which I have been awaiting payment since Dec. 2011.
After finding "Casinomeister" an online site that rates online casinos I found out that
Real Vegas Online as well as a host of other online casinos have reputations for taking people's money and not paying when they win. I also found out that since I was
a U.S. player and they are an overseas company Curgam Malta Ltd. that there was little I could do in finding help to collect my winnings. I have filed a complaint with the U.S. Federal Trades Comission and the Consumer Protection Agency but because they are not regluated by any of these agencies there is nothing they can do. God knows how many millions of dollars these casinos made and are making and getting away with it.

A year and a half never been paid my winning of $2400. As with everyone else's complaints I agree, complete runaround. I still call just to aggravate them, they deserve it. Stay far away.

I won 2350 on 99 slot machines and requested withdraw on 12/26/16 after dozens of emails chats phone calls everything I read above is exactly what has been going on with me. Cant we all get together and file class action at least cost him money to fight us if I could find this ### id blow his head off in front of his loved ones. I am 63 and fed up with the thieves in this world who get off over and over. Don't use this site. I used a coupon that added free spins with my deposit. I won a little but then had to meet a play through. I got lucky on a slot and won. I finished my play through making my funds withdraw able. They aren't paying my funds because they said I played blackjack with some of the winnings. They are a scam and I'm reporting them.i will not rest until I get my $2000 withdrawal. I hate companies who are just out to scam people.

Yeah also been one of the unlucky people to be scammed by this evil company, they owe me $2000, been this way since the beginning of october and get the same response, "we are having a high volume of withdrawals" chat is useless and just get the same email time and time again, wish i could find the person who owns these sites, would strangle the little git to death.He basically has stolen probably millions off people and nothing can be done!

I still haven't received anything from SlotNuts and now when I contact them, they automatically shut down conversation on Live Chat or phone calls get put on hold for long lengths of time, then it disconnects. I too feel like giving up but I still have playing money in the account

I requested a payout on October 15, 2015 and still have not received. Has there been anyone that has received one? I have read nothing but complaints of no payout received. I get the same answer over and over again. "It is in the process" "Our accounting department is really busy". Is there anything I can do? Just give up?

SlotNuts are doing this to me now. No bonus played with them just deposits, now I have pay out still in pending. Emails, phone calls, live chat give the same above excuses, and I sent paperwork 6 times, and finally had a Michael tell me, that he has my paperwork and it is all correct and the accounts dept will fix this immediately. Ha, that didnt happen either, so live chat again and I get a Jasmine this time, who said it is being processed and ended the chat immediately, so not a chance to reply. In the meantime I have a card sent to me with free spins with an attached letter that has an email address arnold@slotnuts.com. I sent him an email thanking him and asking him politely to follow up my problem. Yes I had a reply from another person assuring me it was being sorted urgently and it definitely wasnt a standard email you get normally. Now this hasnt been resolved either, I put tags on emails for them to respond to me but alas that isn't happening either. I would so much like to have all the contacts personal emails to bombard them, but unable to locate any or the holding company

I guess Im going to sound like a broken record here. I have 2 approved withdrawls, as with everyone else I get the same runaround. No replies to emails, no Casino Host to talk to. Excuse after excuse, waiting for accounting department, you'll get your money. NOT! I WAS told in a chat the complaints against them were because people didn't meet the requirements. HOGWASH! I've met every requirement and still no MONEY! I found a website that said their losses were $30, 000, can't figure out why because they don't pay their customers, but they sure love to take our money. I believe their strategy is to delay for so long people give up. Ive played at several other Casino's and have always received my money never had to wait this long . STAY AWAY, SCAMMERS, AVOID, CROOKS, LIARS, DO NOT DEPOSIT HERE.

I have been waiting for a payout of 2000 us for 9 months fro REAL VEGAS CASINo & I get the run around usual excuses ..new payout system ...new bank wire company...casino handling lots of payouts...hundreds of follow ups..but management NEVER respond..very angry...AVOID THESE CASINOS & SPREAD THE WORD...

They don't pay. Don't even waste your time. Constant excuses, system is broke down, we need more info, system is sending a check.

Then they disconnected by the way support team is located in the Philippines and Casino in the Netherlands!
Nothing these people makes sense and difficult to understand and when the pressure is on they run and hide. Would like to get a class A law suit on them! Who are these people who we dealt with, there obviously not a legit business who meet there criteria when its due. This is a lesson we learn in dealing with people from other lands and need to pay up for what has taken place in scamming people for there prize. There should be a penalty for these people who are not legit and cannot run a well off business and take peoples earnings. This is just some tiny people who are criminals and have to pay for their action and consequence's should apply to these tiny Island who work together and a affiliated in one thing in scamming all who think there business is up to par with false advertising and are a failing sorry scam alert!

I have been playing Real Vegas, Mighty Slots, Plenty Jackpots, Slots Inferno, Slot Luv, and 99Slot Machines. They owe me $1000 in three of the casinos, but have no luck with them. It's been a month and they always have an excuse that it is in the hands of the accountant. I have never had any problems with any other casinos and I am very frustrated about it. Should there not be a site that you can complain ?

Well this is not good with the on line casinos they should warn the people about tis casino that they are scams to get your money I wish I have know this or I would have not play on this or any one of their casino what go around comes around.I will post this on face Book to every one know not to play on these casino thanks.

I downloaded and installed the Real Vegas software via an email I received tell me I can have 1000 spins in Achillies. Username damienlives. They informed me when I asked what the Max Cashout was, I was not eligible to withdraw anything because I used a no deposit bonus on their sister site. They said they are affiliated with www.99slotmachines.com www.slotluv.com www.mightyslots.com www.plentyjackpots.com www.realvegasonline.com www.slotnuts.com and www.slotsinferno.com ... There has to be somewhere I can report them to. it is unfair. How am I supposed to know who their sister-sites are? They DO NOT list them. Thanks

Have won $300 on 08-20-11 and up to now i haven't received my winnings, Every me and my wife called and was always told that it's being processed by accounting. We have sent all the documents needed and requested the withdrawal by nothing.
Been sending e-mail to Henry Page but the e-mail falls on blind and no reply.
They all should be jailed and answer for scamming people.
They should not be allowed to scam people again.

I have been courteous to them at real Vegas and followed the rules and met the terms but real Vegas has not. Babi have been waiting since 3/10/12 and was to, d that half of my winnings was approved by accounting and it showed as processed. I was then told it would be max one month and I would have my winnings and that was two months ago. Now they claim they are waiting for the confirmation number re the bank wire which was processed on 5/14. The other half of my winnings is still showing as pending. Regardless I have not rec'd a penny from them yet. Whoever the person is (one person states they have rec'd their winnings) then maybe you could prove the rest of us wrong. I have bee promised that I would get my winnings so many times and told that I am on their priority list and still nothing. One of their cashiers Kate cruise did call me on two occasions and it sounded like I was going to get my money and now nothing. They claim it is be ause they are using a diff company for wire transfers and their accounting dept is behind. This has been a very frustrating experience.

i have done nothing wrong sent all documents and they been approved just mangement has never approved my winnings that were in no way an affect to there terms and conditions it has been 4 months still nothing so stick that up ya tjack21 and there are heaps more from all the other sites i noticed

I’ve been playing with all of these casinos (Real Vegas, Mighty Slots, Plenty Jackpots, Slots Inferno, Slot Luv, 99Slot Machines, and SlotNuts) and furtunately I get all my winnings in time except for the other withdrawal request that took 4 months to process. i understand them and you guys as well, but infairness to the curgam malta group of casinos they are doing there best for all of our satisfactions.
Maybe the best reason behind why they treat me so special because I extend my RESPECT to them as a person who are really trying there best to assist me in Live chats and in calls and of course I follow the Terms of Use. they also told me that many of my fellow players having that unending complaints of NOT getting there payouts simply becuase they breach the Casino Terms and Conditions. Sometimes we have to Read, Think and Understand the Terms and Conditions before doing anything else excuse for the word but I firmly believe that all online gaming sites are for Litirate only.lol

I also like everyone else won 1, 900.00 on 3/19/12. After much run around these past few weeks, I decided to look them up and I have yet to see one comment where anyone has been paid so far so I don't hold out much hope. I was told they didn't have all my documents after I sent them in three times. Now supposedly it is under review. I was told a few times that accounting or a manager would be contacting me to finalize my winnings. I have not received any calls or emails yet. When you send an email to their support department, you get a generic email back stating that you will be contacted within 24 hrs, NOT! I was told today that they are putting in a new accounting system so payouts are slow but I would receive my money in 7 to 10 days after the manager finalizes his audit of my payment. I too have made a few deposits on their website which went through immediately. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME PLAYING BECAUSE IT WILL NOT BE PROFITABLE TO YOU JUST THE CASINO. Let my experience of not checking their credibility first be a lesson to all, stay away from this casino and any others in this group of casinos.

I as well have played at the group of casinos 99 slots, Mighty Slots, and Real Vegas. I had never won before and when I did and complied with all their rules, they have not paid. People save your Money! These casinos are not going to pay. As other people have said they keep saying that it is in process. You have no direct with management or accounting nor do they respond to any emails. It is clear to me now that on chat they use made up names to misdirect anyone inquiring about their winnings. Please don't be fooled and keep playing. I never thought this would happen to me. The more people in the US that stop donating them their money the less they get and hopefully go under.

All the casnios are running a scam i play real vegas the operator there lie to you so much it a game u play with them is it a real management and why a player can't talk to them they give u an email they know they don't email no one like all the players like me the casnios get rich by us deposit are own money Thank God i had a job if i had to wait on my winning i'll be done be in the streets i been waitting for 4 months starting in Sept Oct Nov Dec now it Jan a whole new year real vegas to me is a fraud please don't play on that site because you won't get your winning they will give you a song and dance.
