The place is a total sweatshop that treats its workers like absolute garbage. Totally unprofessional. They keep calling you since they're desperate for business. Last year, they went from 50+ employees to around 20 because the owners had a bad month. Very unethical company. Do not, I repeat, do not have nothing to do with RCI Recruitment Solutions as anything they say they can do for you can be done for free. Look elsewhere for recruitment advice and save your money.
