On 4/9/21, we were told that we would need to replace the turbo in the 2008 Mazda (171,347). This vehicle has only been driven an additional 9,013 miles. Once again, we are being told the turbo needs replaced when the initial turbo lasted 100,000 plus miles. This part turbo was defective!
We have tried to resolve the issue regarding the defective part but with no solution in sight. We expect Ray Skillman Mazda to stand behind the part and service performed on our vehicle.
Desired outcome: We are requesting the defective turbo to be replaced free of charge or a refund for the services rendered.
