They destroy your property and their customer service gives the run around day after day. Lawsuit coming!

    i am a single parent and requested an extension until my next pay to pay a bill. i paid one part but i coukd not pay the other part that was coming due. i asked if i can just have until next week, i would pay the entire bill.
    they asked if i tried welfare. i told them i do not qualify. i work and have a job. i told them it is cold and i have 2 children that i do not want left in the cold. They sai, sorry we cannot help.
    i plan to pay off my bii so i do not have to ask them for any help in the future.
    i pray that one day their actions return to them.

    Company is not for customers. I had to endure the worst service with them as a new customer. Firstly the company demanded a deposit of $900.00 which was insane! Then to top it off they would never give me an extension because I am new. By far the worst electric company ever!!
