I can't shake free of them the past year and a half or so. I even changed my credit card and they hacked that info from me and still charged me. To cancel they want updated billing info despite their continued monthly charges despite daily emails stating they DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD. I am disabled and end up on the floor in panic attacks. Trouble sleeping since i have to check my card account every few hours to see if they tried to take from me again. I can't completely change my card company since that is where my social security disability is deposited and bills are automatically paid from. This whole ordeal with them has caused much pain physically, financially (a dozen prescriptions at least) and emotionally.

Thank you to the original poster as I plan on making a folder for rapidfax complaints to potentially use later.

I 100% agree. RapidFAX has continued to bill me, despite many attempts to 'cancel'. Their customer service is among the rudest I have ever dealt with. I was interrupted once, and I asked the representative to please no do this again. He did it about 10 seconds later. I talked over him, and he started yelling at me. You read that correctly - they were yelling at a 'customer.'
Do not get RapidFAX, they are a horrible, horrible company.
