Randle Hill Apartments/Enterprize review: I would like to be paid for my stress

I am filing this complaint regarding Randle Hill Apartments run by Enterprize. This is a rental company that has the wrong address listed way over a year that they took over the Rental agency. I have been living at Randle Hill for years and the last company we had they was removed because of the same issues and now here we go again. They have numerous policies that they put out for tenants on a regular basis and they themselves does not enforce or go by their policies. There is a Tenant liaison that does not work they only go by what's on their list of things to do and nothing. Right now, we are living with large dangerous dogs that are off leash and every time we complain about these animals, they do nothing. Almost no one picks up after their pets. There is a parking policy and Randle Hill/Enterprize does not enforce it just put it out. People are using fake vehicle tags and handicap tags, and nothing is being done. There is also parking for the handicap that is being parked by anyone including tenants and work vehicles and nothing is being done. There are cameras all over but yet there are drugs being sold and loud noises and shootings and nothing is being done. Randle Hill Apartments/Enterprize is about the worst place to live right now. There supposed to be 24 hours security however they're being shared by 2 different apartment complexes, and they are never around and if they are they do nothing. We have a no smoking policy and yet still people are smoking in the buildings coming through your bathroom closets and doors and if a complaint is made there is nothing being done and if a memo is sent out it stops for a day or so and right back from the beginning. Secure doors are being prepped so that anyone can walk in and do whatever. I am true with this place. This is complaint please investigate.
