Rainaldi Home Services review: Usless, just want's your $88 to tell you what they can't do!!!

I just needed a simple toilet handle and plunger upgrade, what I can go to home depot and do myself, but told they don't have the parts, and explained to me that for 1K I can buy a whole new toilet.
He did still of course take my $88 and esentially told me to go do it myself!
DONT waste your time or money with this company. Just do it yourself and put the $88 towards certifying yourself.
Recommendation: CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE!!
