QHealth review: Health insurance organization qhealth

The agents lied about the coverage, telling me multiple times that specialists would be $50/visit. I told them that i already have Dr.s my family sees. They indicated again, those would be $50/visit. i checked this fact at least 3 times. i had to call to ask for specifics about the coverage which then sent to me. i walked through the coverage with someone on the phone and was told again that the Dr. would cost $50/visit. Since that is not what the document they had emailed indicated, i asked to speak to a manager. The manager then told me i would need to pay in full for that Dr.

I was also told that I would be charged $12K for the policy up front but if i decide the policy doesnt work for me, I could cancel my policy and get a full refund. I cancelled on October 12, 2022. The policy is not even scheduled to start until Nov 1, 2022 and the charge is in pending status. They will not refund the money immediately and said it may take up to 12 weeks.
