PWR Towing & Recovery, Inc. review: Towing 1

PWR Towing was assigned to us by our insurance company to tow a car that would not start. The initial message said the eta was 60 - 90 minutes. We found something to do for a little bit then went to be near the car so we could point it out to the driver. We sat there waiting for an hour as the sun went down and the temp dropped. Around the 90 minutes mark we received a message that the eta had been updated to 33 minutes. Two hours from the initial call. We clicked the "check the status" link and it said "arriving soon. 15 minutes later we got another message saying it would be 30 minutes. Now up to 2.5 hours. We tried calling the number included with the first message and it went to an unmonitored phone. We check the status again and it said the truck was on site. No tow truck was there. Why say there were on site when they wasn't true?

We called the insurance company and had them cancel that ticket and send another company.

I would not recommend PWR Towing if you need assistance in a hurry.
