Since 2004 I have consistently paid for the storage unit which contained the items from my Miami apartment which I sold ( over $200,000 worth of items.
Recently o stopped receiving invoices from Public Storage and made various attempt to contact them - they do not have an email and the telephone is automated which hangs up.
Today I managed to contact someone in the head office who told me the storage has recently been sold !
This is an absolute outrage as no notification by email or telephone to me in the U.K. has been made.
I would like the value of the storage to be repaid.
