I order Mazda CX 8 with Black Color on March 2021, They promised me car will be delivery on April 2021 or the latest on May 2021. The end of May 2021 I call the salesman and he answer car will be delivery on July 2021. When July 2021 coming car didn't come, so I call again, and the answer is waiting until August 2021. Until Now car never coming. On September 2021 I met Branch Manager of Mazda Simprug, Jakarta. He just say sorry, and maybe car will delivery on November 2021 but he not sure, and ask me still with the same color?

This is very crazy, big lier, How come Premium car dealer connot keep promise to customer. I am waiting more than 6 months, until now no one know when will be came.

I have email many times, no one reply, its bad business, no responsibility. It will be make MAZDA loss reputation as premium car.

I need your answer when car will be coming? and what compesation with us because of delay.
