In October of 2010 I placed an order with Keuilian Health and Fitness for their PT Business Course, for a total of over $400.00… They never sent me a tracking number, although I requested one (they apparently ship via Fed Ex - that has tracking numbers) so I could make sure to be around to sign for the package, as well as have a rough idea as to when it would be delivered. For the most part, I make my own schedule, so I stayed home as much as I could, patiently waiting for the package; no Package!

After the first week went by, I never got an email response, so I decided to call them to follow up. After several agonizing sessions of being put on hold, being told I would be called, and being promised that my order would be shipped out the next business day (this happened at least four or five times), I demanded my money back. They said they wouldn't give me a refund because it's not their “policy”. This made no sense to me because on the order page it clearly stated their famous “no risk 365 money back guarantee.”

Weeks went by… I kept emailing and calling. No manager or owner was ever available to speak to me. Eventually when I continued to call them they would just lie to me and tell me that "Peter" in charge of shipping orders, was at lunch. Every time I called no matter what time of day it was, he was at lunch? This was five months ago… Keuilian effectively swindled me for over four hundred dollars. They are fraudulent criminals.

This is clearly a fake complaint written by Chris McCombs who wrongfully bashes Mr. Keuilian on his blog and in email broadcasts because he can't complete with him. Want to know how I know it's a fake complaint? Look at the supposed name it was written buy, Diane K, as in Diana Keuilian, Mr. Keuilian's wife. What a low blow Chris McCombs to try to involve his wife's name. By the way Chris McCombs, wasn't it Bedros who helped you out and gave you a big start in this industry?
