PSI Proctor Test Staff review: Extremely unorganized

From the very beginning, after being approved moving my giant heavy computer in every direction Who is then asked if I wanted a piece of paper and pen. I declined. During that process of being asked this question I asked a question back in the text chat box and was never given a reply to my question. The entire time during the test when I had a question I would text them and I would get no response. I was told if I had any questions to raise my hands up in the air which I did. I was ignored or unseen. I felt as if nobody was watching me. Then all of a sudden when I rubbed my face with my hands I took my glasses off I was given a warning. I thought that was odd. They didn’t care about my questions but yet they cared if I rubbed my face with my hands and I stretched and I was told no I’m not allowed to do that. I didn’t read that anywhere before I started that that was not allowed. When I got to the end after 150 questions I texted again saying why is there 155. I wasn’t aware there was. When I get my test results back it said out of 150. Again I wasn’t reply to. When I was done I texted him saying I was done because there was nowhere to finish and again I raise my hands and then they said you can call or email, then I said what if I grab my phone I’ll get disqualified, again no reply but then they told me again to make the car which I thought was odd. When I was done with question 155 brought me back to question number one and then they told me to crumble up the piece of paper in front of the camera which I didn’t reply by saying I don’t have that paper I declined remember. It was almost as if it was a different person. They then told me to call for any questions. I said am I allowed to grab the phone now because if I do I’ll get disqualified. Then I was told on the screen that I can find the results but I’m not allowed to print them and then I said well where is that because there was no option again in the text they said to call if you have any questions. At that point I was so frustrated I had no idea what to do so I ended the test. It just seemed like nobody really cared or was thoughtful. It was very robotic. It was almost as if there was nobody on the other end it was a computer. So then when I was done I called six times to find out how do I find out my results. I got six different answers. I gave up once I was told that I was supposed to fill out a survey in order to get my results , I thought that was ridiculous, none of my friends were agent said they had to do that. When I did call D said they had the results of my test score but they weren’t allowed to give it to me. Then they said it was gonna take up to 5 to 7 days to get my test results. At this point I gave up. Again it was so robotic when you spoke to people on the phone there is no integrity whatsoever. I still have no clue if I passed my test or not
