Purchase the product and were told can cancel without any penalties and was given a 1-800 to cancel. I did and got another charge and more bottles by mail. Call again and was given the way around, was told they didnt even know what compamy was the Prosvent...Im calling my credit card co to cancel all charges from this co.
I ordered prosvent for my father w/ expodited shipping and it still did not arrive after 11 days. I called to cancel and have my card credited for the money we put out to have it sent to us and was told they cant do that and we would have to pay to have it returned! This is just rediculous...my fault for not looking online at all the negative reviews first...be smart unlike me and DONT DO IT!
I called to order Prosvent. I got the 'free' 30 day supply for $9.95 or $79.95. Couldn't find out which. Also got Walmart gift cards and I think a trip somewhere. Selling me sex tablets too. Couldn't convince them I only wanted Prosvent! Good - I'll take a trip with a sex stimulant and new gift card and canvel my credit card before I leave.
These people are lying right from the start. The TV ad said I had 30 days before they would use my credit card and they used it the same day. The TV ad promised 100% satisfaction or a full refund. That was a lie also. They refuse to refund anything even cost me more money to send back the unopened bottle that I never asked for. The worst company I ever dealt with.
Stay away from this company.
