We purchased a Timeshare in 2019.We never saw it.We paid thousands of dollars and received no info from PRP. I called and emailed my concerns about what they were doing for us.I received 2 calls in which the customer service person was rude and told me nothing.This has been going on for several years.That is unacceptable.I am now way behind in the payments that I thought we were making.If you plan to deal with them.DON'T
