Propertique LLCrip-off

Had an agreement with Brian Kothman the owner of Propertique to rent a mobile home with option to buy. He took a $1050 grant ckeck from my employer that was supposed to be the "down payment" and 3 months rent with various other fees. Turns out he wasn't the owner and the real owner got no money at all. I came home to a warning notice about an eviction by the true owner. The grant check was cashed and Brian sent e-mails stating he was returning the money to the company which he never did. Please research this person before doing business with him or his partner Staci Watkins.

Kothman is now operating in Atlantic Beach, Fl as a self appointed title of director of property management forAmerican Management Group. It's hard to determine who is the biggest crook? The company that only hires criminal and thieves or Kothman.

No, I did not receive all of the money from this company. There is an ongoing police investigation, so must the actions by Brian must be horrible enough to warrant that. Brian returned the grant he received in December to my employer recently only after being contacted multiple times by police. Brian could not secure the mobile because he pocketed the money I gave him and did not forward it to the real owner. It's only by luck that we are still in the home by the grace of the real owner. Don't let this guy fool you, google him and see what other people have to say.

Christiane Gilbert-Smith came to us hat in hand to rent a mobile home. She signed a lease and was negotiating an option to buy. When we could not secure the mobile she was notified and all monies were returned. She lost NOTHING and remains in the home.

    We must be horrible people?
