This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

I was calling my insurance company about not receiving my OTC card. I was told that the computers were down and they would help me as much as they could. They apologized for the delay in my card and offered a $100 gift certificate since I was a valued customer. I fell for it thinking they were my insurance company because they led me to believe they were. After giving my info I was transferred to 'verification' where I had to repeat the information on recording. I did so innocently thinking it was Emblem Health. Then the gentlemen I spoke to told me he was transferring me to one more person. When the recording came on asking for the name on my card it kept saying they didn't get my response. I kept repeating my name. Meanwhile he was playing different ads for me and assured me that I would not be charged for them. Today I checked my bank and they took out $3.95 for ID Solutions and $4.95 for Your Money Coach. I have since put a stop on that card so they can't take more. I am 76 years old on SS. It may not seem that I was scammed for much, but to me that was 2 meals. The number I called was [protected]. I discovered it was one number off from my insurance company. When I called to find out who they were they told me they were Promotional Rewards and I had reached them because the number I was calling was busy so the call was rerouted to them.

Desired outcome: Please refund.
