I am all for reform, it the woman gets her a job even as a teller, her drawer has to balance each day, the bank has ways to oversee these acts, and just because the woman was having sex for money, you don't know her, she may have a child or children to feed, and the way this world is today, maybe someone took the time to help her get on her feet, she may have done something wrong but GOD SAYS all sins are equal...ALL...so you cast the first stone at her and see what the good lord has to say about it... As far as the man hitting on women, take that to management higher up, thats not the place for his own personal problems...
