Becareful with this company. I found almost $1, 000 worth of charges on my credit card. I, too, had no idea who this company is or what they did. When I found them on the internet they refused to disclose any information to me until I gave them ALL of my personal information. I refused.
This was back in July, 2008. Now they have sent this account to collections and they are threatening to put this on my credit. Now I have to spend a lot of $$ and time to try and get this resolved.
Be forewarned, don't assume this is over by just closing your account. Follow through and file a police report and document all correspondence with them. If you don't, they will come after you too.
