Mediacom phone service has been out for 4 days now. They promised a technician would be here last Friday between 1 and 5 but he was a no show. What do you think the chances are the tech. tried to call and be sure I was home before coming to fix the phone? I provide care for a special needs grandson and a phone is essential. When and if they show up to fix...
