It's not the "legitimate" real estate deals that are causing problems - it's thousands of dollars he has simply stolen by taking funds and walking off with them.

Ask for White Collar out of Brazoria county Texas - they're pursuing him.

I have a local Travis county ADA that has my complaint against Rob. I'm seeking copies of additional complaints to "encourage" Travis county to issue a warrant. I am not the only one in the area that he has straight up defrauded...

Rob did this EXACT same thing under the EDRP business name in Bell county - he took payment and never paid the supplier. The supplier filed a notification of intent to lien on that barn ($5000). Bell county.

Rob STOLE a deposit on my barn. He took the deposit check and NEVER delivered agreed drawings or started on the barn. Travis county.

Rob has LOTS OF BUSINESS NAMES.

If you have a complaint against Rob marker, contact:
1) Brazoria county: [protected]: Brazoria county Sheriff's office. Ask for a detective in "white collar" or ask for the detective investigating the Rob Marker.
2) Travis county: Meg Brooks, ADA- [protected]. Ms. Brooks needs a little more convincing that Rob Marker is a career criminal. Please contact her and tell her your story about Rob - I'd like her prosecute Rob, but she needs more evidence.
3) Bell County DA: Bill Currey, [protected]. Theft by check. Rob didn't apply the payments that he was given for materials to the building. Owners are stuck with material liens even though they PAID IN FULLL.
4) Wesley W. Chambers, [protected], private attorney - I believe seeking damages against Rob. DFW area.

Brazoria county is looking for him in regard to additional theft complaint(s) - anyone who knows about him or would like to file a complaint is encouraged to call the "white collar" department of the Brazoria county Sherrif's office - [protected] - ask for "white collar" and mention "Rob Marker" specifically... You paid a deposit.. I think you were not "repaying" again, but likely re-originating a question with the same deposit.
As your question was not answered, your "expert" was not paid... JustAnswer will refund your *deposit* at any time - just ask. It takes 24-48 hours usually. If you don't ask for the deposit back, Just Answer will keep it and start taking $1 away per month after a substantial amount of time.
Note, if you offer to pay $15 for a networking related question, best case, the person answering your question will get about half of that payment. Many questions will go unanswered because the question isn't clear and yes, sometimes, because the amount associated with the question is not enough. If your question would take an hour to research and answer, who is going to do that for $7 and risk that they don't get paid at all?
Note also, once you receive an answer, you can completely stiff Just Answer, recover your money - and your expert won't be paid... It should be called "free answers". JustAnswer provides a virtual service that will almost always be refunded on a credit card dispute, as such, JustAnswer has a no-questions-asked policy for refunds. They can give you the best advice in the world and you don't have to pay a dime. IE: The Honor System.
