Paypal is misleading. You must be very careful when using paypal for any service. I highly suggest to not ever link your personal Bank Account to them, seller have to link bank account. I sell on Ebay, and last month I decided to signh up for a Membership through a website and iI had not ever heard of their payment system. I decided to use paypal, and payed with AMEX for this monthly charge. The next month, paypal didn't charge my AMEX, they charged my bank account, causing overdraft fees. I called them and told them I did not authorize them to charge my Bank Account, I had authorized my AMEX only, ofcourse my Bank account is my secondary funds in the event AMEX declined charges. The told me if your bank account is linked up, they have to use your bank account. The said the credit card fees are too high for them, I dont know why the said that, because the merchant gets charged the same fee anyway, more than AMEX charges. I got stuck with 2 overdraft fees, in the end paypal may appear easy, but they are a bunch of crooks. They are worse than Bernie Madoff and all those illegal overdraft fees banks charged customers for over drafting on Debit cards. Paypal as of now has a monoploly, if you sell on ebay, you almost have to offer paypal, and their are no other options. BIDPAY was the other paypal competitor, which was is out of business. Paypal will have a lawsuit against them, and they will have to pay 100 millions, or a few billion
