My wife and I have not heard a thing from Kent Gross! They have a phone service taking phone calls and no one calls you back. This has been going on since November. We where told in the begging if they do not get us a new home payment, we would get a percentage back. Well that to is a joke. It's so hard out here to make money and they are stealing our hard earned money. I cant believe we cant get a simple call back from about our refund. But going forward, I promise you this is not the last blog I fill out!
