Late on December 7, 2021 I made a reservation to stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Lexington Kentucky. In my defense, it was the last reservation I'd made in a long day of planning to go attend to my brother who'd been moved to hospice care that day. I do not believe I was cognizant that I was booking with a business other than the hotel itself.
