I am trying since August 15th to update the location of our station (IQIRYATS3).
I sent 4-5 mail messages through the system (https://support.weather.com/s/email-us?language=en_US) including also a .KML file with the exact locations of the old and the new station.
I DIDN'T EVEN RECEIVED AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT THAT MY MAIL MESSAGES ARRIVED.
Please let me know...
