On 10/28/2020 I bought a vehicle from a buyer who had financed it through loan at US bank (Morgan Hill, CA) branch. We paid off the loan from the buyer with a cashier check at the US bank branch, with a notary statement signed by US bank. We were assured that US bank holds the title and will either send it to the buyer (who will forward it to us) or...
