Cell C has left an official reply on this complaint.
On the 7th of January. I lost my phone and went to cellc at the workshop in Durban. I was told that my phone has been blacklisted but they could not provide me with ITC. 2 weeks later I was sent ITC and claim was processed. I have called cellc and the insurance almost daily since then and with no help.
The insurance requires proof of blacklisting from Cellc of which cellc is failing to provide.
