I phoned Just Answer with a single question which was not resolved. I expected a minimum charge. I did not enroll in a monthly subscription. Yet, I received a $37.00 charge on my mastercard 11/01/2020 for "Membership". I am instructing my credit card company to ignore any charges from JA-EXPRT.com. My phone calls to the firm get disconnected as soon as I mention the word cancellation. Help! cbretko@gmail.com
