I ordered 2 pooch packs online on May 26 2020 from www.floofypets.com but never got a confirmation email, I only have a screen shot with the order number (#5054) and details. The products never arrived.
I emailed them on June 18 got a reply from this email address support@floofypets.zendesk.com stating that my request was being reviewed by their support...
