Started calling Shaw internet to disconnect my service, waited for 20min and got transferred. Waited for 2 hours and phone disconnects. Called again, waited 45min to talk to someone who did absolutely nothing other than transfer me to loyalty department. Still waiting after an hour. This is not like anything i have experienced. Disconnecting a service...
