I have been trying to cancel my ticket on the 3rd of April since February 17. I have until now not received a single piece of feedback from travelgenio even though I have now emailed, phoned and used their online portal several times. The one time I phoned and got an answer I was asked if it was due to the Corona virus. When answering yes they immediately...
